We offer customised business term loans with a term of between 1 and 5 years secured by an unencumbered property. We are able to provide significant flexibility with regard to repayment terms and we endeavour to match repayment terms with underlying cash flow.
This, for example, could mean that we structure the loan on an interest-only basis for a period of time or incorporate a residual value as a means to minimise the immediate cash flow implications of the loan.

A property to use as security or must be purchasing or developing a property, or refurbishment of a property.
